Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and three other regions join the "SvitoDIM" program

Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, and Sumy regions have joined the state program "SvitoDIM," which provides financial assistance to ensure backup power for apartment buildings. HOAs, management companies, and service cooperatives can receive up to 300 thousand hryvnias to purchase generators, batteries, and other necessary equipment.

Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, and Sumy regions have become participants in the state program "SvitoDIM," which aims to ensure backup power for apartment buildings in the event of power outages.

HOAs, management companies, and service cooperatives in these regions can apply for financial assistance of up to 300 thousand hryvnias. The funds are intended for the purchase of equipment necessary for backup power, including generators, inverters, batteries, and solar panels.

Previously, the "LightDOME" program was available to residents of Kyiv, the Kyiv and Kharkiv regions. You can apply for assistance through the "Diya" portal. Participants in the program choose their equipment supplier independently.

The amount of financial assistance is determined based on the characteristics of the specific apartment building. If a generator is already installed in the building, the funds received can be used to purchase other necessary equipment, for example, for backup power for elevators. Detailed terms of participation in the program and the procedure for submitting applications are published on the official "LightDOME" website.
