Most complaints in Dnipropetrovsk region concern the work of the recruitment center
Since the beginning of 2026 year, over 6 thousand appeals have been received in Ukraine regarding the actions of employees of the recruitment and social support centers (TTC and SSP), with the largest number coming from Dnipropetrovsk region. People complain about forced detentions, detention in facilities, and the seizure of personal belongings. In the last month, 39 criminal cases have been opened based on the materials of the ombudsman.
Since the beginning of 2026 year, over 6 thousand appeals from citizens regarding the actions of employees of the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TTC and SSP) have been recorded throughout Ukraine. This was reported by Dmytro Lubinets, the Ombudsman for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to the ombudsman, the largest number of complaints have been received from the Dnipropetrovsk region. People complain about forced detentions, detention in TTC facilities, and the seizure of personal belongings.
Only in the last month, according to the materials of the ombudsman, 39 criminal cases have been opened regarding the actions of employees of the TTC and SSP.
