Arbitrator in Dnipro accused of embezzling state funds worth almost 600 thousand UAH
An arbitrator in Dnipro is suspected of misappropriating nearly 600 thousand UAH in state funds received from the rental of a state-owned enterprise's premises. According to the investigation, the woman indicated her husband's account for paying rent, which resulted in the enterprise not receiving the funds. She has also been accused of promising to sell the state-owned enterprise's property at a discounted price.

According to the investigation, during the period from 2020 to 2026, the woman leased 500 square meters of premises belonging to a state-owned enterprise. However, for paying rent, she indicated an account belonging to her husband, resulting in the enterprise not receiving approximately 600 thousand UAH.
In addition, in July of this year, the woman was informed of suspicion of promising to sell the state-owned enterprise's property at a price that was 166 times lower than its market value.
