In Dnipro, law enforcement agencies uncovered an illegal production facility where criminals were producing and distributing counterfeit alcohol under the guise of well-known brands. During the searches, over 3 500 liters of alcohol and over 6 100 liters of finished product were seized.

The criminals rented a warehouse in the city and set up an automated system for mixing alcohol with water. The finished counterfeit was bottled and packaged in plastic bottles and Tetra Paks without excise stamps, disguised as well-known alcohol brands.
The counterfeit was stored in garages and sold in bulk and retail through controlled trading points in the city.
During the searches, law enforcement seized equipment, over 3 500 liters of alcohol, and over 6 100 liters of finished alcohol.
