In Kryvyi Rih, two men assaulted a known acquaintance, resulting in his death. The perpetrators stole weapons, documents, and bank cards from the victim. They are accused of theft, robbery, and aggravated assault that resulted in death. The preliminary investigation has been completed, and the indictment has been submitted to the court.
In the Dovzhansky district of Kryvyi Rih, on September 6, two men attacked a man they knew during a conflict. They beat him with household objects, after which they took his weapon, documents, and bank cards. The victim died as a result of the injuries.
The 27-year-old and 35-year-old suspects were apprehended by law enforcement. In September, they were informed of suspicion of committing criminal offenses, specifically those outlined in Part 4 of Article 185 (theft), Part 4 of Article 187 (robbery), and Part 2 of Article 121 (intentional grievous bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The preliminary investigation in the case has been completed, and the indictment has been submitted to the court for consideration.
